Joni Erickson Tada has been a quadraplegic after a diving accident many years ago as well as suffering from years of intense pain then she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Her faith and sweet attitude through all her challenges are an inspiration to me. I read her books on dealing with chronic pain after having some complications with nerve damage in my arm after my mastectomy. What a gal!
